???Even though the genre of ???Christian horror??? actually exists, that term is often avoided by the religious publishing industry. ???The Resurrection??? is clearly a part of this genre. . . Nevertheless, books like mine are typically labeled ???thriller??? or ???supernatural suspense??? rather than ???Christian horror.??? The main reason for this is that horror usually evokes images of low-grade slasher flicks or A-grade devil worship, neither of which is attractive to readers seeking a faith element to their stories.???
